The 1994 MLB season ended in August with the infamous players strike, wiping out the entire postseason and World Series. At the time of the strike, Montreal (74-40) and New York (70-43) had the best records in their respective leagues. With the way Montreal was dominating the regular season, it is fair to question whether or not the Expos would have continued their surge into the playoffs and won the first championship in franchise history. This week’s 3-Minute Baseball matches the two best teams from the 1994 strike-shortened season against each other.
