When Strat-O-Matic releases two new Negro League rosters for Windows play on Feb. 14, it will make five seasons released over the last two years – 1920, 1927, 1931, 1937 and 1942. That will encourage retro leagues to set up drafts.
  
So here is a ratings preview of the two new releases. With team records and full rosters showing how much players were used and how well they did (including fielding range ratings), the preview shows how the teams fared and the talent was dispersed.
  
You’ll find most of the Negro League players who are in the Hall of Fame, and most of those in Strat-O-Matic’s Negro League All-Stars player set. So enjoy.
