Final Update on Shipping of New Baseball Cards

Dear Strat-O-Matic Community,
 
I am writing to update you on the shipping status of the new baseball cards. As some of you may know, the new cards were supposed to arrive early last week in advance of Strat-O-Matic Opening Day. However, due to the severe snowstorms throughout the Midwest and East Coast, the cards were held up in Indiana (our manufacturer is located in Illinois). With Opening Day in jeopardy, I arranged at our additional expense for just enough cards to be sent from our manufacturer in Illinois to Glen Head via Overnight Freight to cover the Opening Day pick up orders. While those cards arrived in time for Opening Day (with the exception of the 1973 Baseball Cards), unfortunately we have not received our main delivery of cards yet.
 
I can assure you that we have been in constant communication with the freight carrier, and are hoping to have the new cards by tomorrow afternoon (Thursday, February 20th). I can promise that as soon as we receive the new cards, we will do our very best to ship out all of your new products as quickly as possible.
 
For those of you who are looking to pick up your new cards from the Strat-O-Matic office in Glen Head, please wait for an announcement on www.strat-o-matic.com that the new cards have arrived before coming.

UPDATE (2/20): The new baseball cards have arrived. Strat-O-Matic will begin shipping out all new board game products today, with priority given to those who pre-ordered earliest. Anyone who would like to pick up their cards at the Strat-O-Matic office in Glen Head may do so, however, orders that were placed through our website cannot be picked up in person.
 
(UPDATE 2/28): All pre-orders and regular orders for new baseball products have been shipped! Strat-O-Matic will now move back to its regular shipping schedule. Thanks to everyone for your patience, and enjoy the cards!
