With Kobe Bryant, Derrick Rose and Robin Lopez on the sidelines almost all year, Portland’s LaMarcus Aldridge, Houston’s James Harden, Golden State’s Stephen Curry, Indiana’s Paul George and Chicago’s Joakim Noah joined the NBA’s elite with superstars Durant, Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Blake Griffin, Kevin Love and Tony Parker.
